Frac water deal HELP!!

Help Jack please!!!  Is 30cents/bbl for my water and 5 cents/bbl for water they store in my pond fair?  need fast response please.
Should Jack Blake do a straight $  per frac job deal so He does not have to worry about metering accuracy?
They are wanting to use Jack's small (about 100' X 100' X 6' deep pond, but they can pump alot of water into it because it is kind of a V that will hold water in a pasture if you pump it in.  It is about 300 yards from the superpad and this is the first well on the pad.
They had the water line all layed out another way and now can't pump from that pond due to dispute between heirs and undivided interests and attorneys involved so Jack Blake gets to do a deal. POWERTOTHEWATERRIGHTSOWNERSWASTHERALLYINGCRYOFTHEDAYHOWLEDJACKBLAKE

ASIDE:  Hey Jack Blake -- Jack has not sent his gas prices to Henry for quite some time.  When Jack gets a break from his water dealings, Jack should update Henry on his gas prices to go in Henry's database.

Ever since direct deposit I have not logged into the Encana royalty relations website.  I double checked Encana a couple months and they paid correctly.  Yes, I must do that soon to give you gas prices paid.
