What are you talking about?

Injection wells or salt water disposal wells can be a nice money maker depending on the need in your area. In my opinion oilfield waste (which is normally produced water) should probably be put back in an old oil or gas well for disposal.

About how much money can one make? Do they pay by the load or the month?

1 dollar per barrel is on the low end of average in the Permian.

Then, what's being disposed and the terms of your current lease contract will be very relevant.
