Standard Lithium offered us a lease quite a while ago. We are getting closer to comfortable with the terms and assume we’ll sign eventually.

Friends in a nearby town have signed with GeoFrame. I’ve never heard of them. Anyone else? Apparently they are offering way more than most on leases.

My land is in Franklin County.

Thanks for the heads up, Lisa.  Geoframe Energy appears to be a new comer to the lithium play.  Interestingly, in addition to lithium, the company has a focus that includes geothermal.  The company has a website.  I'll put a link below.  Geoframe was incorporated in Texas in August 2024.  Hopefully we will hear more about the lease terms they are offering.  When it comes to leasing, competition for leasehold always brings terms that are better for mineral owners.

Lithium is a critical mineral.

Friends who have signed with GeoFrame highly recommend them. When speaking with others, though, they suggested that GeoFrame had offered lease amounts that are unrealistically high and that they don’t have the technology in place to carry through— no DLE in place. I know I don’t know enough to know.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
