Is there anyone out there that can provide some information on getting involved with Mineral Rights?  Mineral Rights is an investment and as with any investments, I would like to do my homework and reduce the chances of getting burned.

Also is there a way to tell that how much oil/gas is still remaining in a particular well or on potential transaction?
