Not down mouth the landsman--- At least you know you have minerals in play and with all the knowledge from this site you are now a informed mineral owner. The landsman opens the door for you to negotiate a deal. Some are good and some not so good, but we need them to start the ball rolling.
Nope - haven't seen him. I think when he crossed Toledo Bend, he got nostalgic, looked at his white suit and hat with his blue tie and decided to go back into the Navy.
