This site is the best thing ever happen here it help us all to stay in touch what really is going on out there and this will make the oil company's pay there fair share of royalties and bonus money if we all stick together. The oil company's cannot operate with out us. What is down below that ground belong to the mineral owners and just stop and think some of us where doing just as good in our every day life before all this started. What i am trying to say is don't be greedy or just settle for something unreasonable because once you sign the lease it gone for ever once in production. Just remember us older folks my never see the big dollars but at least maybe some day our children will and they will have a better life that some of us . Just every body remember some of us know what the leases are really worth and some of you don't. My best advice before sign any leases get you a good oil and gas attorney and a good land man to look at your paper work because they can help you from making the wrong decision. Ps Jerry
