I own 720 acres in Dimmit County. It is 0.25 miles due south from the Chesapeake PL. It has 1.25 miles of highway frontage. How would I go about gaining a companies interest in using it for gas gathering facilities? do firms typically buy the surface acreage or lease it for facilities?
