Billy, There is drilling activity about 10 miles north of your relative's property; Forest is drilling well number 241002 and should be finished by now. It will be most likely another month before this well is completed and results made public. When the well is completed, this should open up T6 to more leasing. There is also another well just drilled across the lake about 9 miles NW from your property-the Hall 1. It was a vertical well and there has been no completion information on it, but a 24 inch pipeline is being constructed from it to a connector line-this is huge! I would say your relative's property is in both the Haynesville and Bossier fairway, based on what Encana presents; as well as other geologic formations,eg.: Smackover, Cotton Valley, James Lime, Travis Peak, Austin Chalk etc. There is alot of oil and gas in Sabine Parish.
