J-W Operating has tested the following Haynesville Shale well in Red River Parish at 20,000 Mcfd (Shreveport Times). This is their highest rate well and shows they have the expertise to complete high rate wells. Although the well is shown as CV RB SUJJ, it is one those older CV units that includes the Haynesville Shale.

Sounds good to me, since JW is now in 16N 8W. Hope they do good in that area also.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
