Leases and Royalty % on UNLEASED LAND in a producing well?

I would greatly appreciate any input from Red River Parish Shalers on the amount paid per acre and the % of royalty offered on 50 to 100 acres of unleased land in a producing unit.

 

Also, if your land is in a producing well is it better to be leased  or unleased?
