Won't LOC be holding a public hearing in B.R. on Aug. 30th, 2011, to address fracking operations rules changes?

Interesting:

"Following completion of hydraulic fracturing operations, the rule requires information on fracturing fluid composition and volumes be reported to OC or to a publicly accessible registry."

Looks like composition of fracking fluids will have to be publicly reported.

Can read all at La Office of Conservation website for hearings/August 30, 2011.

Yes, the rule proposed would allow disclosure to FracFocus.
