I live too far away to do brownies. I have relatives living in the area but I try to stay in touch with landman to see how things are going. Was told still drilling - which can be a long process.
JWC...just yesterday Microsesmic Inc. started placing access points on our property, which is a mile W. of the Blackstone. Looks like they're are getting ready to start fracing the well!!!
Is anything taking place north of Blackstone. Such as down Evett Lane or north of the well?
Good to hear that reallyoldguy. Thanks for the update. Keep'em coming!
JWC: watch for Farmbrads posts. He said that they are bringing the pipeline on right now. I think he was going to drive the pipeline this weekend and see where it leads, whats going on, etc... Be interesting to see what size pipes they're bringing in.
Anyway, things are really starting to move in our area! Hopefully, we'll know something soon!
My relatives that live up there are supposed to drive the pipeline. If anyone is in the area & wants to check it out, take FM1196 North from the FM1277 intersection. The 1st road to the right is Attoyac Cemetary Rd. About 1 mile up the road the pipeline starts running parallel with the road. We need someone to see what size pipe or pipes (possibly 2 lines?) they are routing to the well. Please post what you see! I'm on my way to Rocksprings, TX to build fence & cut cedar for a week. Ya'll keep the info coming while I'm away!
I was up that road last week. It is a single pipeline 16''
The pipeline right of way has been cleared all the way to the Blackstone 1H. Crews are working today laying timbers for the pipe. They're coming in from the north.
We drove by the well today farmbrad. I didn't see any pipe anywhere (good O&G terminology huh...haha) maybe they are about to take down the rig.
When driving the right-of-way I noticed two lines of survey stakes running parallel, one pipeline for oil & one pipeline for gas perhaps?
MIght be. Think they are close to taking down the righ farmbrad?
jffree1 drove by the rig today and the Rowan 86 is still on site. Maybe someone can give us an update on this well. Been up for a while.
