OT - Hunting Leases??

I know this has nothing to do with H.S. but I was wondering if anybody knew of a good hunting lease that was looking for members?? It could be in anywhere in North Louisiana west or east side of the state wouldn't matter or even around the Texarkana area for duck hunting. Looking for one that has deer and ducks and my max to pay would have to be $3,000 - $5,000 / year or a buy in type club. If anybody knows of a place it would be greatly appreciated!!!

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
