Over a year of production and still no division orders.

We have minerals in 4 different sections and still haven't received division orders from KCS/PK. 3 of these sections border the river so there was some delay but we saw preliminary division orders for 2 sections along the river several months ago. The minerals in the two sections that aren't paying are not leased. The well in one of the unleased sections is near pay off or has paid off. Thewell in the other un-leased section has just gone on line. 2 sections are paying without division orders but not in correct amounts. Is there a limit as to how long before division orders are required?

In Louisiana division orders are not required for payment of due royalty. If you are receiving royalty payments and have not received a DO, you can request a DO from the operator. Some operators will send DOs before any royalty payments are sent.... just depends on the operators payment policy.
