Does anyone know if they put a pipeline thru your property, how far away does the pipeline have to be in order for you to put a mobile home on it and how far away does it have to be from other property or homes?

YOu can do whatever you want as long as your not in the ROW. Mortgage companies might have more restrictions, and you may not want to be close to a compressor site, but the pipeline company has no say over anything outside the ROW.
how many feet could a row be., say for instance the row is 50' right down the middle of a 150' wide lot. there would not be much space on either side to move a mobile home on, considering there is houses next to the lot on both sides.
Try to make sure the pipeline co. agrees to maintain the ROW so they will be mowing your grass for you in your front yard.

If your lot is that size you may be looking at a 'whole taking' as opposed to a 'partial taking' in the condemnation procedure.
