Does anyone know where the pipeline is that is coming from the south on Highway 1that would connect to the Paul Slater well? We were told that this well's gas will be going south not north. Is there a pipeline close that does go north?

Antoinette, it is probably the CrossTex LIG system that transports gas to South-Central Louisiana. They already gather some natural gas in that area of Red River Parish.
Les B, How close is this pipeline to the Paul Slater well at Armstead? Is there a site to check to see where pipelines are in relation to a specific well? Thank you for replying!
Antoinette, unfortunately there is no website that gives a detail map of instrastate gas pipeline locations. So I am not sure how close the CrossTex LIG pipeline would be to the Paul Slater well. If you drive the roads (Hwy 71, Hwy 84, etc) in that immediate area you may spot some of the pipeline crossing markers with the name of pipeline. Please just be careful since those are fairly busy highways. Maybe there are some smaller local roads with pipeline markers.
Will try to do that. Thanks.
