Please help................

I want to sell my surface rights not minerals. However i do not own minerals till Feb.2011 if no production. The 10 year rule. What way can I sell my surface rights in this situation?

HAHA, seemed like an interesting situation. AND you did post on a public INTERNET forum ASKING for advise. You would generally post the OUTCOME so others that find themselves in a similar circumstance would BENEFIT. The "US" referred to the forum at large.
