EOG started producing from a gas well (Scoggins Gas Unit API 347-33193) in May of 2011. Our children have a portion of our minerals. EOG will not send us corrected division orders. We have contacted them and they just put us off. Part of the production is owned also by pertohawk who no longer even try to send us checks. I guess our only recourse is the hire a lawyer. Has anyone had trouble with EOG ? Any suggestions as to a lawyer in Nacogdoches?

Before we started this site, googling "shale' brought up little information. Certainly nothing that was useful as we negotiated a lease. Read More |
