Aethon Energy Operating has been producing some HC wells on my acreage in 24-15N-10W since July 2022. They are paying me on the original unit well plus several cotton valley wells. I notified them in November 2022 that I was not getting paid via email and have had several emails back and forth since then.  They do not give me a legitimate reason on why they are not paying me. I think they are just dragging their feet on paying me. Does anyone have a sample demand letter stating the Louisiana laws about double penalties, interest and attorney fees for non payment that I can send to them via certified mail?
