The second one seems to be the same surface spot and bottom hole as first one. Do you think the second one is a Bossier test or what's going on?

Looks like they are doing something similar in Sec 1-12N-10W
Baron, "stacked lateral" is a regulatory term that is only applicable to Texas.  Because the Unit Order did not have any minimum spacing between within the unit, it is just another alternate unit well. 
I meant it relativly informally.
