Should I be doing anything?

We have 20 acres on 120 in Natchitoches Parish near the Sabine Parish line. I'm hoping that there will be activity coming our way in the near future.  Is there something I should be doing to be proactive? Or just sit tight for now? Any answers are greatly appreciated. Thx

what about large servitudes?, were all minerals transfered at time of patent?, what about adjudicated lands?

While I would agree things look good for the landowner after 10 years no production, I would still want to look at the title.

We found a good many adjudications along Hwy 120 in Sabine Parish where the state now owns the minerals.
