Signing bonus and royalties

What is the going rate for a signing bonus and % of royalties. We have apprx. 400 acres in the Panola county Tenaha area, and they want to drill 10,000ft? I am so new to this process. We live out of the area and do not get to hear the local information. Any answers would help.
