Tanos buys Thunderbird Resources

Just received March royalty check from Thunderbird Resources with a note that they had sold its Texas Assets to Tanos  Exploration II, LLC,  

The wells I have small royalty interest  are in Harrison County Texas.

Anyone have any experience with Tanos?
