Does anyone know if the well is producing. It did have H2S gas, hope they had taken care of that. Would like to know what is going on.

Barbara, this well has been tested but it is unclear if it is actually on production.

Most all the natural gas from the Haynesville Shale contains a small amount of H2S (hydrogen sulfide). In the southern portion of the Haynesville Shale play the H2S content exceeds the typical pipeline limit of 4 ppm (parts per million) or 0.0004% requiring treatment. Amine treating plants are being installed at key locations along the gathering systems as required to lower the H2S (and CO2) content.
Thank you for the information. If you find out any news about this well please let me know. I was excited I have forty acres in this section. Hope it turns out to be ok.
