This is Chesapeake's application to form two units in Mansfield. The application was approved by Conservation Order on 3/5/2010. A link to the order is below.

So, since there are 3 wells in this unit am I supposed to receive money from all three wells?

Assuming they're all from the same formation, if you are entitled to royalty from one you are entitled to royalty from all the wells in a unit.
