The Question I have is taking a look at the map of North Louisiana and where the Haynesville is supposed to be (UNDER ?ALL? of THAT LAND)Why do only a few poeple get paid, hold on just a minute don't answer yet,

if you have a pool or pond or over flow of water do you put one or two hoses or soaking articles in to drain the water off right? by syphoning (Sucking) the water off you get it out of all the area,? right?

then my question is why aren't those of us who are near by being paid for the oil or gas going out from under our land the same as its going out from under those being paid for, where is the fairness?

because when they pump it its not just from the 3 feet (exageration, but apt) at the end of the pipe it comes from the WHOLE POOOOOOOOL where ever that is and under WHO all is sitting over it? now explain 3and half million acres of pool or more? it does not equal out, what ya think? ________

First of all, The gas in the HA is trapped in small pores. It will not flow from one end of the state to another.

Second, The minerals are not owned by anyone until they are reduced to possesion (they are brought to the surface). You own the mineral rights not the minerals themselves. Drainage is addresses in the mineral code by the formation of units.
