These folks took over many wells, in Bienville Parish, from E&P.

Starting in November 2013, myself and relatives began receiving Royalty checks, from WildHorse, instead of E&P.

Problems from the start, with checks being 1/2-sized and it is not getting any better.

They do not respond to calls to their Owner Relations Hotline or Email.

What is next, Legal Action ?

Skip,

I happened to be looking up Wildhorse for another project I'm working on over in Polk County, TX and came upon this thread.  I just wanted to applaud you and all the others who helped Susan out on this problem.  I hope it turned out ok for her.  Another reason why these sites provide such a valuable service to mineral owners.

here is an update:

I pestered the top accounting folks, at wildhorse, with many questions about royalty % and their reporting methods.

each month since, the price of natural gas and the volume produced from the wells has gone up.

now my checks are at or around what E&P was usually paying.

i'm keeping a close eye on what the check stubs show, but there are hidden costs that all producers charge.

Thanks again to Skip!!!

Very nice news Susan. Thanks for the update. It is a good thing you are paying attention. Just think about all the folks who aren't or who are perhaps older and can't
