And with 16 nominees, who I assume voted, that means only 31 other members voted. Hmmm, attribute it to an off-year election with low voter turn out among minorities and the youngest demographics. lol :0)

Well it's a little misleading - it's based on IP addresses. That's the only way it can guarantee people don't vote more than once...we have 130 IP votes - not bad....maybe the oput of staters need to vote?
