I would like to talk to members that leased their mineral rights to Caddo Resources out of Dallas. Just want to compare notes.
Thanks,
Jody

Jody: We leased to Caddo Resources - think that most of the leases have been assigned to Goodrich. We are in the immediate Blanchard area.
Buddy, when did you lease to Caddo Resources? Did they contact you? Do you have a contact # for them? And who are they? Do you mind telling me what you leased for per acre? We have 2 acres in Blanchard and it doesn't hurt to stay up with the latest offers. Thanks!!
Unfortunately, we leased early last year and did not get in on the mega lease bonuses. Caddo was represented by Pin Oak Operating Company Land Services - they are local folks on North Common, as I recall.
Buddy,
What section are you in and what is it's discription?

Buddy,
I would like to give you my e-mail address so I can ask about details. Please contact me at jshmhr5@msn.com.
Thanks,
Jody
We signed a 3 yr lease with Caddo Resources in August 2006. We are in s22 t19 r15 (Blanchard city limit, but located outside city of Blanchard on Hwy 1). What kind of info are you looking for? I assumed that the lease was assigned to Goodrich, but I haven't received confirmation of that fact.
I want to possibly talk to you about details using my address jshmhr5@msn.com.
Thaks,
Jody
OK,
I wanted to compare notes with you guys and see how each one was treated. I found through investigation that Caddo Resources LP sold out to Goodrich for $32 million dollars for 3250 acres. I used the search word Caddo Resources LP and found an SEC filing indicating the millions of dollars worth of common stock received. I received $100 dollars an acre for my 40 acres. This angers me beyond belief and am eager to do something about it. I just wanted to know if anyone else felt the same.

Jody: Just sent you an e-mail.
Buddy,
I received your mailing but haven't had time to respond. I definitely want to talk to you and find additional persons to discuss options.
