There is one aspect I discussed with another property owner nearby. With the advent of the Haynesville Shale in this area, the existing pipeline infrastructure can only handle so much gas. If the potential is realized, no matter what the reserves are tapped into, the existing infrastructure to get this product to market is going to be a huge bottleneck. Once this new vein is tapped into, smaller producers at shallower depths will have a very difficult time in getting their production into the system. Can you imagine the compression stations that will be required for the puny wells producing very little by small producers? They are only keeping the pitiful wells active to protect their rights on leases held by production.

New pipelines will have to be constructed. Does anyone in the Longwood area know of new pipelines being constructed?
