TWIN CITIES / CHESAPEAKE......interest in leasing in 2009

I live in the north Shreveport / Blanchard area.
I recieved a notice in the mail [ 1/23/9 ] from Twin Cities ...seems as though they are looking at leasing again.

318-550-4000 to discuss leasing options.

anyones get this mailing?

What exact section, Township are you in regarding the letter from Twin Cities. I heard that they were just trying to fill in the sections that they already have leases.

First in this group because I thought the mailing was for this area..

I received a phone call offering $2,000/ac for land in downtown Blanchard area. Seems way too low, but a nice starting point....

Nothing in the mail, but we've been approached by a few landmen around the Caddo Lake area. Don't know how serious they are yet.
