What exact section, Township are you in regarding the letter from Twin Cities. I heard that they were just trying to fill in the sections that they already have leases.

I received a phone call offering $2,000/ac for land in downtown Blanchard area. Seems way too low, but a nice starting point....

Nothing in the mail, but we've been approached by a few landmen around the Caddo Lake area. Don't know how serious they are yet.
