I doubt it...  they drilled one (1) Haynesville vertical in San Augustine County and never completed the well.  It was sold to XTO who has recently completed it after a two+ year shut in.

some info on Fossil:

Fossil Resources partner Heyco Development: (Harvey E Yates)

HEYCO Energy Group does business in East Texas through two subsidiaries, Rosetta Energy Partners, LP and HEYCO Development Corporation. The companies are currently active in Shelby, Nacogdoches, and San Augustine Counties and focus primarily on the development of unconventional gas reserves.

Rosetta acquired a significant leasehold position in Shelby County that is now under development in a joint venture operated by Newfield Exploration Company, Houston. Rosetta has concentrated on drilling horizontal wells in challenging reservoirs located in environmentally sensitive areas. With operator Fossil Resources of Dallas, HEYCO Development Corporation has successfully drilled a number of Travis Peak and James Lime wells in Nacogdoches County. The combined gross acres held in East Texas by Rosetta and HEYCO Development equal over 14,415.

Thanks fore
know people in other units-- no they only have drilled vertical TP and some H James Lime wells-- wish EOG would purchase their deep rights---there is Shale in the Martinsville field
