Lease Bonus and Royalty

Anyone have any CURRENT information on bonuses and royalties paid in Nac Cty? Also, any information on how far west the Bossier/Haynesville play goes in Nac Cty? Many thanks.

I signed with Devon at 500 an acre and 20 percent a couple of months. Location is a few miles north east of Nacogdoches.

Thanks for the input. I have offers on separate tracts from separate companies. Both are $400/acre bonus and 25% royalty. Tracts are (north) east of Nacogdoches between Nacogdoches and Martinsville.

Anyone see any activity west of Nacogdoches?

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
