What determines Lease Bonus amount?

Other than the obvious of "location"... Does the number of acres you have determine Lease Bonus amounts?

If you have say 100 acres is the amount higher an acre than it would be if you had 10 acres? Just wondering how that works.

Jenn, that's a good question. Hopefully someone who has true knowlege of this will answer soon. I've wondered the same thing.
