Company wanting to buy 10% of royalty

I was wondering if anyone has had a offer to buy 10 % of your royalities. I received a letter the other day wanting to buy 10% of my 25% royalities. Has anyone received this offer. This offer came with a bank draft.

16North 9West section 16 ? if so sit tight they have pooled 15.
