On Aug5 it was reported that a "pre-application notice was filed for 16N 8W Sec29,32,33

How would one research and find the disposition of the application? What is the progress now?

Just curious. I know that well 164006 was drilled for oil back in the late 70's. If a redrill was done as stated, would it only be for oil again and not gas. I thought they were two different drilling. Not sure
Philpapa, the following are the three Haynesville units for the Jamestown Field. The hearing was held on October 6th but the order has not yet been posted.

S29-T16N-R8W, HA RA SUA Unit, J-W, Jamestown Field, Bienville Parish
S32-T16N-R8W, HA RA SUB Unit, J-W, Jamestown Field, Bienville Parish
S33-T16N-R8W, HA RA SUC Unit, J-W, Jamestown Field, Bienville Parish
so les, hate to be dense but your saying they are going to drill in sec 29 jamestown?

philpapa,actually she was told by the landowner adjoining her. He was actually living there during the original drll back in the 70's or 80's. He recieved a letter and talked to a landman, but my mom wasn't contacted. And yes she for sure owns her mineral rights.
Cassie, there has not been a well permitted for Section 29. I was just showing the unit that has formed for that section which is different than a well permit.
