I live on Stockwell Road, Bossier City, near Dogwood. Offer of $5,500, 1/4 royalty, 3 yr with 2 yr option, Twin Cities. Are there any neighborhood groups forming in this area?

I live on bodcau station road and have a offer of $5,500 per acre 25% royalty, 3 yr. with 2 yr. option, no surface use, but i haven't accepted the offer.
