Anyone have anythoughts about the HSLA Board?
My father (lives in Pecan Park) and has joined this group. Based on his understanding, they are mineral owners in South Bossier that want what is best for all. They are combining many areas to build their net acreage and working a lease from that. Each owner will still have the right to refuse any offers being made by O&G. Additionally, this group is not asking for a penny from you, your bonus or royalties. They realize they can get more for their property when you work as a group.

I think that it will be very good for my parents, in-laws and extended family in S/B.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
