I live in Richmond Cove and as far as I know there is not an HOA here, since the stockwell residents don't have an HOA, we need to form a group together. This is how Dogwood is going to end up getting so much per acre. If they get 90% of their residents to sign they are getting 8500 per acre. We have only been offered 5500 per acre. If any other stockwell residents want to try to form a group so that we can get the majority to sign at a a higher offer then please respond

I received a letter Sat. about a neighborhood meeting @ Carriage Oaks Church of Christ (Stockwell Rd. @ Hickory Ridge) 6pm Thursday, June 26, 2008. A retired geologist will be the speaker.
