You should contact east80oilandgas.com for Haughton, I don't know for Benton.
Last offering I heard of was in area Bellevue rd and Winfield rd. Highest was 15,ooo signing bonus, most have been 8500. 25% royalty.
Might check with some of the groups in your area and see if they have more recent offers.
