Our family has 140 acres in this pre application. Did you happen to go to the meeting on the 26th? I was going to go but had to work. I was curious if anyone went. That could catch me up on what was said.

I didn't make it, but I'm also interested in what was presented.

My husband and I attended this meeting last Thursday.  It was hosted by the geologist Bill Robbins.  He said this is going to be a horizontal well with a hopeful length of 8-9000 ft.  He didn't know the time frame.  He admitted that so far there are no laterals that have gone that far, but this is very early, and they are learning more with each well.  We are just outside of this unit, in section 27.  That is the gist of what I got out of it.

thanks

We have eighty acres in 27 the NW/NW and NW/NE and in section 22 the Soutn half of the SW/SW and the SW/SE and one more forty NW/SW. We have some in sections 29,30,21,5,4 and 120 acres in 22n range 3. Hopefully they will get to all of us soon. My cousin have a farm over in Claiborn one range west. That a well is supose to be going in as we speak. I don't know if the rain has delayed them any. I would think after that well is drilled they would be drilling in our township and range.
I believe I see your property. If I hear anything on section 27 I will keep you informed. Please do the same back. I will keep in touch.
