Why would SWN  reclassify a zone? Does the reclassification effect the Doles and BML operations?  Also, I have noticed the allowables for the Doles and BML have not been reported on the state's site in weekly time periods like they were earlier.  Can anyone shed some light on this?

Barbara, the weekly allowables were reported because SWN was producing the well without filing a standard state allowable test and final completion report.  Since those  mandatory reports are now filed there will be monthly production reports and semiannual allowable tests reported from now on.  The state requires an operator to conduct the allowable test and file the completion report ASAP after the well begins to produce.  SWN declined to file in the alloted time so the state made them file weekly allowable reports that were basically production reports.  SWN bent the rules, the state allowed it for a short period and then put their foot down and basically forced SWN to perform the test and file the reports or cease production.  I don't think the reclassification is anything to worry about.  SWN probably thinks the rules governing condensate and gas provide them with more flexibility. The wells have and will continue to produce a mix of hydrocarbons as most wells at these depths do.

Thanks so much for the information Skip. I am glad to hear there will be future production reports.

The monthly production reported lags by two months.  January production is posted in March.  It will be in the LUW Production section of the SONRIS Lite Well File.
