Royalties?

This question is for those who have more experience than I do (which probably is just about everyone, as I have none) in these matters.  Assuming that the Roberson well is going to generate enough production to warrant royalties, about when, given the present state of development of the well, should mineral owners expect to begin receiving income?  Very soon?  Summer?  Just looking for a ballpark idea.

You are correct - they are selling a newsletter, hence the hyperbole. However, the comments refer to unconventional plays that could reduce if not eliminate our country's dependence on foreign oil. Dimmit County, TX would be Eagle Ford and Ohio is the Utica shale. Not everyone gets rich,however. The mineral owners highlighted would be large, sophisticated owners.

Any pitch that goes that long and doesn't get to the point sends up red flags.  I didn't get to the end so I will not make a specific comment.
