Wondering if anyone knows anything about the newly completed Williams 11-12 #1 well in portions of Section 11 and 12 of 18N-2W? My family has interests here.

COMPLETED 8/27/15; GAS; CV RC; 15416 MCFD; 26/64 CHOKE; 60 BOCD, 58 GVTY; 6500# FP; PERF 11090-15509' MD, 4419' LATERAL

As I am new to this forum/site once a well is completed then a Division Order would be sent out?

It can take a few months for a Division Order review to be completed.  If you haven't received one by the end of the month you should contact  Nadel & Gussman.

Are there exciting things going on out in Choudrant. I currently live out of state so finding out the happenings is somewhat of challenge from a ditance. Is it just a Cotton Valley Sands play still or are they looking for other plays in Lincoln Parish now ad in particular in Choudrant. There have been wells on my family's property going back to the 1940's.
As a novice and noob do these numbers translae to anything positive or just reflect depth?

Much of the Choudrant Field area is under lease and a handful of exploratory wells have been drilled.  Without existing infrastructure and at current low prices I don't expect much additional activity in 2016.  Most of the leases are relatively early in their terms so that N&G and MRD, the main operator, have a couple of years window to explore and develop that area.

The Williams is a good well.  It's initial flow test produced 15.416 MMcfd (million cubic feet per day), 60 BOCD (barrels of condensate per day), on 26/64" choke setting (about 3/8ths. of an inch opening) with 6500 pounds of Flowing Pressure (good pressure) and a horizontal lateral of 4419' (about the maximum length for the size of the unit).
