James Formation in Natchitoches Parish

Just recieved a pre-application notice from XTO to unitize T10 R10 sec28 for the James Formation, Reservoir A.  The depth is listed between 6319'-6670'.  It references the well log of the Steadman 28 No. 1.  Does any one know anything about the James Formation?
