Natchitoches Parish Golddonna Area

I keep seeing people refer to Natchitoches Parish and what's coming down the road for property owners. Does this include all of Natchitoches Parish and what time frame are they referring too? I am out of town and any info would be valuable. Thanks.

It appears that most of the little activity is on the Western edge of the parish.
