My brother is commissioner for this area and he met with the company that is going to build the pipeline for Endavor, this week on Reeves creek road. The company man told him that there would be five wells drilled from Behind Mr. Halls home on to the nine mile with the pipeline going to an existing pipeline in the Pendleton area that goes on to Lake Charles. The location behind Mr Halls home is near an existing well that was drilled years ago. Technology has impeoved and hopefilly there will be good results. My family and I also have mineral rights in the area. Heres hoping!!

Must be pretty positive to start building the pipeline before even pulling a permit to drill, just my observation.
$750.00 leases,,,,my word!!
You took the words right out of my mouth Ken, LOL.
I had three calls this week offering $1,000. one asked what would it take to get me to lease. Sounds like they may start up again. Fay
Fay, Where are your minerals located and who is making the offers?
J.W. Gibbons and also in J.I Pirfermo. Eagle Oil co. is the one offering.
Eagle Oil & Gas = http://www.eagleog.com/projects.html --link shows map with projects including 8000 acres Sabine and San Augustine

and Eagle Oil & Gas has a wholely owned subsidiary drilling company started in 2005--drills their own wells and they contract out to others

Surveyors have been surveying on chambers road and Telephone road this week. I live on and have land that joins Chambers road and I ask them what they are doing and i was told that they are surveying for a 24 inch pipeline that comes down Chambers Road and crosses Carol Write hill on Telephone road. All i know is what the surveyors told me. I I worked in the oil field in Jasper and Tyler co. for several years and I do know that when they start a pipeline it goes faster than you would think. As for leasing my family and I leased this 223 acres to Crimson for 1500 an acre with 25% royalty. I as a lot of people would like to have hade more but I am ok with what we got. This lease was signed 1/7/08
I wonder if Devon and Crimson will work together in Sabine as they did in San Augustine. That is great news on the pipeline. Is that just East of 87? How much capacity would a pipeline of that size be able to handle? I am assuming that this is a seperate pipeline than the Endeavor pipeline that you spoke of earlier as that was a little farther east if I am not mistaken? If so do you know how the size of that pipeline? Thanks for the info...it is starting to get interesting again that is for sure.
I talked to the surveyors late this afternoon and again all I know is what they told me, is that the pipeline that will be crossing Chambers road will be connected to the nine mile road area. The pipeline is going to on be on the Deep East Texas Elect. Co Op high line as it crosses here on Chambers road.
Where, exactly, is Mr. Hall's home?
somewhere in the NE corner of the R. Slaughter Survey, A-53. However I havent been able to exactly pinpoit it. Hopefully someone on this site can
