Anybody out there?  Pretty quiet.  I haven't had my dose of Sabine County info in a few weeks now.  Anybody have anything to share?

Not much to talk about. CHK wells look good, but no new permits. Hall well is now a red star producer on GIS site but only shows "no report" for Oct. & Nov. ? Hope that new 2011 budgets and expiration of a bunch of 3 yr. leases this year will tell us something. Gas at $ 4.74 is looking better, but needs to go some.

Frank,  Any rumblings about Devon exercising or re-negotiating options?  Letting leases expire?

Total silence.
we have a lease with devon in sabine couny that expires in july.i spoke with the houston office last week and they said they will be re-leasing!
Like as in renewing leases or like releasing(letting them expire) leases?

she said if they have not started production that they will be renewing our lease.i called the houston office and they returned my call that day.

Lindsey, What survey are you in?  We have two leases with Devon in A-23.  one is up in July and the other in September.  Thanks for the update.
roberts survey A-50 near 103

John O. Hall #1, lease ID 258521 (wildcat field) produced a stunning 10,230 mcf in October and a mind boggling 14,626 mcf in November!  It is not a terribly impressive well, as vertical wells go, but we have to hear from Hezekiah (the only one I know is complete right now) and I expect it will be MUCH more impressive.

Did we ever hear if the Hall well was completed in the Haynesville Lime or a different formation?
There isn't anything much to compare it to so I can't even guess.
Haven't heard anything from who we leased with, it's up in Sept.  Does anybody know any new news on the proposed pl from the Frazier?
