I remember 2 & 3, lots of people should have got this letter chad, do not know why no one has responded.
OK, this is suppose to be right....sections 1,2,3,18,22,30 new comstock units T-8N, R-13W
Ken,
I'm a bit surprised that Comstock is unitizing Secs 1 and 2 of 8N-13W. Back in 2008, SWEPI unitized these two sections (if I'm reading things right). See unit application 08-1673. You think SWEPI assigned its leases over to Comstock?
Henry, you are probably right, I am getting second hand info., someone else said it was 3&22 in R813-W and2,14,26,35 in R814-W. I apologize, I have "not" seen the letter but there are six new sections.
Let me post this since I made a mess of it earlier...talked to timothy allen, atty. for comstock, the 4 units in T-8 N,13W are as follows 3,18,22,30. Pre application march 4 10:00 am Chase towers, 15th floor Shreveport
Thanks, ken.
