How would I locate info on S3 T3N R12W

My mom has the mineral rights which s/b in Toledo Bend.

This location was originally in the town of Toro, Louisiana.

Anyone hear of recent leasing activity in the Toledo Bend area?

Chesapeake has filed leases recently (last week) for S31 - 9N -13W and S23 - 10N - 14W.

thx - anything further south, as part of an Austin Chalk play?

Not in Sabine.  There's a good bit of leasing activity in Vernon Parish between Lessville and DeRiddr.  Probably La Eagle Ford.  You'd have to go even further south to get into Austin Chalk territory.
